ABOUT US
King Plaza Dental and Dentures is a Seattle-Based Dental and Denture office conveniently located next to the Othello Light Rail Station. Our focus and goal is to provide our patients with a healthy and beautiful smile using the latest in Dental materials, techniques and technology. We currently use Digital Radiography and Photography to aide us in accurate diagnosis, while reducing radiation exposure to our patients. We would also like to add that our office made a quick cameo in "The Layover with Anthony Bourdain" when he toured the South Seattle area.

Routine Exams
Our Dentist will do a thorough examination of your mouth and determine a treatment plan that will help get you back on track to a beautiful, healthy smile.
Dental Hygiene & In-Office Whitening
Our clinical staff will remove any stubborn plaque and tartar that have built-up and leave you with a nice, clean, polished smile. We also offer In-office whitening to make your smile brighter.
Dental Fillings
Our dentist will look for caries (decay on your teeth), remove them, and fill them with a natural-looking filling.
Implants
Implants are the gold standard in replacing missing teeth. Many patients prefer having implants as opposed to bridges or dentures because it is less destructive to remaining tooth structures and allows for greater control while chewing
Parital, Complete and Immediate Dentures
Our Denturist will assess your mouth and determine which removable denture will get you back to your original smile and eating the foods you used to love and enjoy
Biomimetic Dentistry
This treatment approach strives to preserve intact tooth structure and restore the function and biomechanics of natural teeth.

Irma Alcantara LD
Denturist
A graduate from Manila Central University School of Dentistry, Dr. Alcantara moved here from the Philippines in 1980, and worked as a dental assistant until 1990. She then studied to become a Denturist in 1995 and became licensed in 1996. As of 2017, she has been a Denturist for 21 years. She loves seeing the joy a new removable denture gives her patients when they can smile and eat comfortably again.
Dr. Vi Hsiung
Dentist
Dr. Vi is a graduate from Oregon Health and Sciences University. She is an avid practitioner of Biomimetic dentistry (restorative dentistry that mimics the properties of natural teeth) and dental implants. In her free time, she loves to bake delicious cakes and other desserts.
Dr. Kent Kusakabe
Dentist
Dr. Kent is a graduate of UW School of Dentistry. Before coming to work for King Plaza Dental, Dr. Kent worked alongside his father who was also a dentist in Seattle. As a graduate of UW, Dr. Kent enjoys tailgating at Husky Stadium during football season. His wife, like Dr. Vi, also enjoys baking many types of desserts and we are fortunate to be able to eat them when she makes extra.
